- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was very satisfied with the office in a whole but not the service! I made an appointment that ultimately had to wait 2 months to get in. No big deal understandable, however I saw the NP which was very genuine and straight to the point. Still satisfied at this point. They schedule me for more testing, followed the NP's order and scheduled a follow up to return to find out results. Ummmm here's where my negativity comes in...I made the appointment for 6/28/2017 and got a call 4 days prior that Dr. Patel (who I've never met) would need to reschedule. Okay things happen, cool! Get an appointment for 7/24/2017 (a frigging month later) not the happiest since I'm traveling from Columbia. Well life happened and I call to reschedule my appointment well within 48 hours which I called the Friday before since my youngest son was having to be seen by his peds that Monday morning. Because things do come up. So I left a very lengthy message explaining my situation, mind you well over 48 hours. Not a single call back or missed call with a voicemail left. HOWEVER I do receive in snail mail a letter DISMISSING ME from the practice because I could not keep my appointment. UMMMMM hello I had never missed my only 1 appointment and scheduled MRI you sent me for that I never got the results to.....but you DISMISSED me from the PRACTICE! If I wanted to be sour I would but I at least voiced my experience in all honesty and rated you 2 stars because the office staff was at least courteous!!August 29, 2017by Don'tMaskTruth
