- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪both locations lugoff (Anne Blake) and Elgin (Dr. Kang) are Incompetent. I was Misdiagnosed by the both of them, who both said I needed unnecessary surgery. After requesting my medical records on my own, I discovered I have a disability. The nerve of Anne Blake (not even a MD) who insisted that nothing was wrong with me and if she could walk with a brace on her leg I could too. I am thinking about a failure to diagnose case.
